Majolica Majorca The Little Humming Book III & Lash Expander Edge Meister Mascara

Today I'm going to review two exciting stuff - first, it is the  Majolica Majorca 10th anniversary palette series The Little Humming Book III and the famous Lash Expander Edge Meister Mascara which has been raved by a lot of beauty gurus.

Let's go through the palette first because that is the one that excites me most. The palette holds 2 eyeshadows, one eyeshadow base and a lip gloss. The packaging is really adorable. It has Alice in Wonderland kind of theme. As you flip through the book, you'll find a lot of Alice in Wonderland stuff in it. Before you get into the products, there are a few pages of a short musical scores...

And lastly...... there's a transparent film that shows the name of the shades:

Eye shadow Antique Berry - a crimson pink in shimmer with micro pink glitters in it
Eye shadow Brick Wall - a true gold shimmer with micro gold glitters (this is my favorite)
Eye Cream Base Table Napkin - a muted pink with pearl finish and cream texture
Lip Gloss Tomato Jam - Orange base true red with really fine micro glitters, finish off sheer

Below are the swatches:

Table napkin, Antique Berry, Brick Wall, Tomato Jam

Let me show you a step by step on how to use this palette.

First, apply Table Napkin as eye shadow base on the eyelid to enhance the eye shadow and also to avoid creasing.

Then, apply the Brick Wall on the inner corner of your eyes by dabbing the eye shadow with a flat brush.

Use a blending brush to pick up the Antique Berry and blend it on the outer corner of your eyelid.

Line your eyes with liquid eyeliner or pencil liner, whichever you prefer...

Then it is time for mascara. I will be using the Lash Expander Edge Meister Mascara (what a mouthful of words). The mascara has a very unique wand. It is shaped like a double edge comb.

There are so many things I love about this mascara that I don't know where to start. I think the best feature it has is the non-clumpy formula. Just when you thought it is going to clump, brush your lashes again with the wand and it separates the lashes instantly. It has fiber formula that can be easily removed by warm water when you're washing the face, there's no need to remove with eye makeup remover. Although it can be removed by water, it is waterproof at the same time. I couldn't understand the science behind it, but it is what it is.... The comb wand makes the application so easy and don't create a mess. It is perfect for bottom lashes.

Let's coat the mascara on my lashes...

Here's the final look with the Tomato Jam Lip Gloss....

My comment on this palette:

1. This is a perfect palette for a girlie makeup look. However, it is probably not an everyday makeup palette.
2. The packaging is perfect for Christmas or birthday gift. It is extremely adorable.
3. I think I can do without the lip gloss. I prefer if they substitute it with another blending color for the eye shadow such as brown or highlight color like shimmery white.
4. In terms of pigmentation, it doesn't look any good when I swatched it. However, I use the eyeshadow on top of the base, it surprised me. The color pay off was super good!
5. The mascara is definitely worth the hype. It is something which I would recommend you to get.

The Little Humming Book III is a limited edition palette. You can get it from Majolica Majorca stands in Sasa, Watson or Guardian. Meanwhile, if you're a WonderBox member, you can redeem the set of palette and the mascara with your WonderPoints or purchase it at only RM59.90. What a bargain!

And then look for the Majolica Majorca redemption, like this:

I honestly love the cute packaging a lot. However, I foresee that the only thing that I will use most is the gold eye shadow and the eye cream base. What do you think about the palette. Do leave your say in the comment.

I love the Little Hummingbook, but honestly I dislike having a lip gloss in a palette together with eyeshadows. >_< I like how you mixed the eyeshadows though; so pretty! <3 (Too bad I dont have enough Wonderpoints to redeem, lol)
