Affordable Konjac Sponge

It's a busy time for me again. Last week was crazy! I had to cramp 5-days worth of work into the 3 working days. And there's a colleague wedding that follows on the weekend. When traveling for the wedding, I ditched my Clarisonic and opt for a Konjac sponge instead. It is a lot easier to pack and I don't have to worry about losing my Clarisonic or charging it.

Typically, a Konjac Sponge cost around RM59 per piece. And the price can go up to RM75 for a bigger piece. I have been wanting to try it for a long time, but I couldn't justify paying so much for a piece of sponge. Lucky enough, before I traveled, I dropped by Daiso for some shopping and stumbled upon a much cheaper version of Konjac Sponge. It is called Natural Konjac Puff. The good thing is, it's only RM5.30 (including tax). That's 10x cheaper than the ones from Kojac Sponge Company.

You must be thinking, this must be a fake one since the price is so cheap. Well, konjac sponge is a natural ingredient and it is made from plant fiber. The ingredients used in the Daiso konjac puff is the same. The only obvious difference is the packaging.

How to use:
When washing your face, wet the sponge. When it turns into jelly-like texture, use it to clean your face as usual.

The konjac sponge removes dead skin cells and stimulates the growth of new skin cells. It deep cleanse open pores and takes out impurities especially traces of makeups.

If you have been wanting to get a Konjac Sponge but haven't, I urge you to try out the Daiso version. It saves you a lot of money and gives you the same quality as the ones from the Konjac Sponge Company.

I hope you don't mind this short post. I will be back with more blogposts after the busy wave is gone. Meanwhile, let me know what type of blogpost you like to read by voting on the right sidebar.
