DAY 8 LOCKDOWN: Extension & Books to Read

The Movement Control Order is extended till 14th April 2020. That is another 19 days. The past 8 days were hard enough. I'm not sure if there's enough food for everyone, because the rich will be stocking up without hesitation.

At this point, I am worried about my job security. Since I'm only 3 weeks in the new company, I'm pretty sure I will be the one to leave first if the company is not doing well. This is a global issue, there will be a lot of people out there with the same fate, so I am not complaining. I just can't figure out what I want to do if that happens.

Anyway, for the next 19 days, perhaps you can read some of these books that I enjoyed:

  • Coco Chanel: An Intimate Life by Lisa Chaney
  • The Travelling Cat Chronicles by Hiro Arikawa
  • The Return of the Young Prince by A.G. Roemmers
  • Matilda at 30 by Cressida Cowell (illustrated by Quentin Blake)

Today's stat: 1796 (19 death)
People I had contact with: Grandma, Kiki, Baby Papa, random shoppers at Sunshine Square, a parking attendant at Sunshine Square
Places I've been to: Home & Sunshine Square
